Delphi 10 (officially RAD Studio 10) is a Windows based Object Pascal development environment. It is the latest version of Delphi, as well as other versions focused on Rapid Application Development.

Delphi 10 Seattle was released in 2015, including Delphi and C++Builder. RAD Studio 10 could generate native code for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows platforms, OSX, iOS and Android. C++ Builder 10 introduced the first CLANG enhanced C++ compiler for Windows and mobile devices with RAD PME extensions. In addition, the development environment doubled IDE project capacity, improving software stability.

New versions were released in the following years, namely 10.1 Berlin (2016), 10.2 Tokyo (2017), 10.3 Rio (2018) and 10.4 Sydney (2020). Especially Delphi 10.3 contained many improvements, like new components for 4K displays within the Visual Component Library (VCL). Also the IDE got a new sauce. Version 10.4 brought more than 1,000 (!) small and large improvements, like improved parallel tasks with multicore CPU, Metal API support (OS X and iOS) and custom managed records.
