You are fluent in Delphi development. Building software with a focus on functionality and code quality. Making customers happy with your solutions, working on different and challenging projects. Visiting the customer regularly on location. That’s what a Delphi developer does at GDK Software.
As a Delphi developer you have experience in software development. Preferably in Delphi of course, but Java or C# is also fine. Perhaps you have just finished your education. It is also possible that you are planning to study computer science. You can also do that part-time with us.
You are someone who likes nothing more than developing software. You are a professional and your code is of a high quality. It goes without saying that you continue to challenge yourself in that respect. What the end user thinks of your solution is important to you. Monitoring your solution on location at the customer’s site is therefore an added value for you.
However, at GDK we attach just as much importance to the your qualities as a person. We expect our Delphi developer to be enthusiastic about quality and innovation and that you think in terms of possibilities and opportunities. Keeping up with your field of expertise should also be important to you. In doing so, you will come up with ideas that our clients, or maybe even your colleagues, hadn’t thought of yet.
You will fit in with GDK if you are someone who likes to work in an environment where you get space. The space for your own development, but also space for your own ideas. An environment where common sense and a hands-on mentality are appreciated. Being practical and at the same time being professional. Where everyone is allowed to be themselves and where team spirit prevails.
At GDK we don’t have assessments in advance. We prefer to get to know each other personally first, to hear what drives you and what you would like. Curious? Contact Marco Geuze.
